Overview

Suzani is an embroidery company whose name is derived from a traditional form of textile art. The goal of the logo design was to create an identity that feels elegant, minimal, and directly connected to embroidery craftsmanship, while remaining versatile across print, digital, and textile applications.

Creative Approach

Typography: A refined serif typeface was chosen to give the brand a sense of timeless sophistication, echoing the heritage of embroidery traditions.

Logo Concept: The wordmark is crossed by a threaded line, which transforms into a needle — visually tying the brand name to the craft of embroidery.

Color Palette: Deep green was selected as the background color to convey richness and stability, while the white lettering and green thread create contrast and highlight the stitching detail.

Simplicity & Versatility: The design works effectively across mediums — whether embroidered onto fabric, printed on labels, or displayed on digital platforms.

Outcome
